CasaVerde. Guatemala. 600 m2

Waiting for permits, construction slated for 2027

Set along the edge of a ravine, Casa Verde was conceived as a quiet steel pavilion that opens itself to the landscape. A series of cantilevered wood roofs extend outward, framing distant views while providing shade to the transparent glass volumes below.

The architecture is intentionally restrained—a calm composition of steel, glass, concrete, and warm wood. This neutral canvas allows the surrounding greenery and changing light to become part of the architecture itself.

In contrast to this disciplined envelope, the interiors reflect the owner’s eclectic personality. Art, furniture, and collected objects introduce moments of color, texture, and individuality, creating a dialogue between the rigor of the architecture and the richness of lived experience.

The result is a home that balances precision and warmth: modern in its expression, yet deeply personal in its atmosphere.
